VRON-RM was established in October, 2020.
Its' Board of Directors consists of:
three seats representing non-agency homeowners and three seats representing agencies
Louisa Davis - Board President & Treasurer // VR Agency Owner
Louisa has lived in Rancho Mirage for the past 6 years, she owns 5 vacation rentals of which 4 are in Rancho Mirage. In her other careers Louisa owned a food manufacturing company for 30 years with plants in located in Seattle Wa. and Jamaica in the Caribbean. She also worked at NBC, Los Angeles and Hallmark Cards. Louisa Graduated from University of Washington and has been a professional volunteer for many years. She currently also serves on a non profit board that empowers young people to cause change in the world.
She has been a member of the Board since its conception in October 2020.
Jared P. Dineen Shanstrom - Board Vice President & Secretary // VR Agency Employee
Jared has an extensive background in hospitality after serving in many guest facing positions in the Hotel Industry for the last ten years. He graduated from Eastern Washington University with Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Marketing and with a Minor in International Business. He moved to the desert from Seattle in 2019 so his wife could take on and expand the family business, managing short term rentals. Jared took on a new position as the Catering Sales Executive at The Westin Mission Hills prior to Covid-19, and has begun a career as a Real Estate Agent since leaving The Westin Mission Hills. Jared is using his background as a Microsoft Certified Expert and hospitality background to support the needs of VRON-RM.
He has been a member of the Board since its conception in October 2020.
